This is a great Pipe band shoe. Commonly referred to as the "Doc Martin Sole" the extra thick rubber sole is extra comfortable on parade or mass bands. The bottom shows you the fantastic traction and cushion of the sole. These shoes really kick asphalt. Just couldn't resist! 

 

This rubber sole is a multiple composite extra thick rubber for comfort and wear. Thick 1,6-1.8 leather upper. The is a great all around street shoe, or for the pie band member on a budget.
