Classic Two We have a set of Wallace Number Twos in stock.
When we received the pipes I took a look at the pipes in the box. I could
not believe how nice they looked. Now I am not a piper, but I have been a
professional woodworker. The African Blackwood not only had a
terrific grain , but Craig Munro of Wallace had matched all the Blackwood so
that all the wood on the set matches. The wood was well polished and had a
wonderful luster. The fit and finish was top notch, meaning the ferrules and
mounts were all well attached and were machined to the finest of tolerances.
Buckley of C.D. Buckley Bagpipes , sets up all of our pipes. To say
Chris is picky is an understatement. We can set your pipes up with
any options you like. However Buckley goes through each set of pipes and tries
different drone and chanter reeds to see how they sound in a particular set of
pipes and sets up the best combination before we offer them to you.
