Those of you that are regular customers know I make no secret of how frugal I am. That should read cheap, but we Scots are frugal , not cheap.  Part of our business philosophy is that we only recommend something if it is in your best interest, not necessarily ours. In this case it's jackets. There are three basic jackets, and as a business owner I should be recommending you buy all three. But unless your a well healed Scottish Noble, you may not have the extra thousand dollars laying around to pick up all three today. My recommendation is to get the most versatile jacket first and then buy the others when you can. The Argyle will serve in most situations whether they be casual or dress. Put a vest with it and you are as dressed up as any Scottish Laird.
