Thank you considering a purchase with Cheryl and William Duncan. I say it that way, because you are not  dealing with an anonymous large corporation. Even our e-commerce orders are monitored by one of us.

Once you have placed your order,  and even with your e-commerce purchases you will be contacted by us within 24 hours.  We will tell you when you can expect your merchandise. Your e-commerce orders are secure with the worlds largest and most secure shopping system with Pay Pal. As old fashioned retailers we actually prefer to get to know our customers, we have a retail store and enjoy working with customers there or at the dozen or so Highland Games we attend as vendors.  Please contact us for anything you need.  But for those who want the convenience of on-line shopping we have provided that too. Payment can be made by any of the major Credit Cards you see above from any where in the world. The bank will convert the currency difference.  You can also pay in personal check , cashiers check, or money order in U.S. funds. You can  also use  PayPal  secure on-line payment system.

Shipping         

When contacting us , we will tell you when your order will reach you.  Orders up to $9.99 are charged $7.00 shipping and orders up $49.99 are charged $5.00.  If you need your product faster we will be happy to help in any way we can, contact us by phone 800-992-5458 or email tartan@kilts.com.   You will only be charged for actual freight, no handling charges or added freight cost.
