Oregon Shinty

The Kilt & Thistle is bringing the Scottish sport of Shinty to Oregon. Scotland brings us a combination of sports like rugby, football (soccer), and the various events at Highland Games like the Kabor Toss, you know the big guys throwing telephone poles. The Oregon Shinty Team will be playing the established Washington Shinty Team.

We will keep you posted on the games and events surrounding the introduction of Shinty to Oregon. We are currently working on the uniforms and the web site for the team should be up in a few days.
